The passenger should arrive to the airport no later than an hour before the flight.
The VIP-passengers should advise their names to the officer at the check-point at the VIP-lounge entrance.
The VIP-lounge representative waits for passengers at the entrance to the VIP-departure lounge holding a sign with passengers names.
The passenger accompanied by the VIP-lounge representative passes Passport Control, fills in the declaration form for the Customs and passes the Customs Control. Customs Control official could ask to examine passenger's luggage.
Then the passenger being accompanied by the VIP-lounge representative checks-in on the flight. All expenses made by passengers in the VIP-lounge bar are to be paid by passengers themselves. Payments are accepted by credit cards or in tenga (currency of Almaty).
The VIP-lounge representative informs passengers about the boarding 20 minutes prior the departure time and escorts them to the separate bus which takes them to the aircraft. The passenger can make an advanced order for an individual bus for an additional cost.
Parking in the airport territory is free-of-charge.

- If transporting animals, please, be aware that in this case time for registration for flight is increased. Also we remind you that there is a list of goods (alcohol, tobacco products, black and red caviar etc) which is strictly limited on one person.
