The VIP-passengers are met at the aircraft exit by the VIP-service officer holding a sign with the passenger's names.
Passengers should advise their names and pass their luggage stickers to the officer.
The separate bus will take all VIP- travelers to the VIP-lounge.
It is strictly forbidden to leave the airport territory independly!
The passenger passes the Passport Control independly when he enters the VIP-lounge. A Customs Control official could ask to examine passenger's luggage. If passengers have some subjects to declare or cash currency (even in a small amount), it's necessary to fill in the declaration form.
The passenger can make an advanced order for a conference room.
All expenses made by passengers in the VIP-lounge bar are to be paid by passengers themselves. Payments are accepted in manatas. Credit cards are not accepted.
Childrens room is included in the VIP-lounge services cost.
The luggage is brought to the VIP-lounge and given to the passenger personally. The passenger's luggage delivery to a car is not included in the VIP services cost.
Parking in the airport territory is paid.

- If transporting animals, please, be aware that in this case time for registration for flight is increased. Also we remind you that there is a list of goods (alcohol, tobacco products, black and red caviar etc) which is strictly limited on one person.
