The representative of "VIP-AIRPORT.COM" comes to the VIP-lounge 30-40 minutes before the scheduled arrival time and checks the presence of passenger's surname in the list.
According to the rules of the Domodedovo Airport Security Service only a VIP-lounge controller has the right to come to aircraft hose in the transit zone or enter the airfield. After the boarding announcement a VIP-lounge controller enters the transit zone or goes to the airfield by minibus to meet the passengers. The controller has a red "VIP" table, and a table with passenger's surname or with company name on it. The passenger must announce himself (i.e. come to a VIP-lounge employee). If a person who arrives has a luggage, the controller takes the luggage stickers. After that a Customs Control representative could ask to put the hand luggage at X-ray. If a passenger has cash currency or something which must be declared, he has to fill in the declaration form.
The passenger can wait for his luggage at any convenient place in the VIP-lounge. A free access to Moscow city telephones is offered at his service, and also a wide choice of newspapers and magazines. If the Customer makes order at the VIP-lounge bar, he has to pay for it by himself.
Our representative will stay at the VIP-lounge till the Customer gets his luggage. The information about the readiness of luggage will be announced and then the luggage will be brought to the VIP-lounge entrance. At Domodedovo Airport the delivery of passenger's luggage to a car is included in the VIP-lounge services cost.
A driver who is meeting a passenger must connect our representative by phone without fail. If a driver delays for some reasons he must warn our representative, in order our representative to inform the passenger about this.
