The VIP-passengers are met at the aircraft exit by the VIP-service officer.
The meeting person, accompanied by the VIP-lounge employee can go to the airfield, if he has a special pass ordered in advance.
Passengers should advise their names and pass their luggage stickers to the officer.
The separate bus will take all VIP- travelers to the VIP-lounge.
It is strictly forbidden to leave the airport territory independly!
Passengers can wait for his luggage at any convenient place at the VIP-lounge. The luggage is given to passengers at the VIP-lounge.
All expenses made by passengers in the VIP-lounge bar are to be paid by passengers themselves. Payments are accepted by credit cards or in Russian roubles. Credit cards are not accepted. Tea, coffee and soft drinks are included in the services cost.
Passengers can make an advanced order for a conference room.
Parking in the airport territory is free-of-charge.

- Please be informed that some fine art works, articles made of jewel metals, antique etc are forbidden to export or import. If you import or export something from similar subjects, please contact to our company to specify correctness of official registration of papers.
- If transporting animals, please, be aware that in this case time for registration for flight is increased. Also we remind you that there is a list of goods (alcohol, tobacco products, black and red caviar etc) which is strictly limited on one person.
