The passenger should arrive to the airport no later than an hour before the flight.
The passenger being accompanied by the VIP-lounge representative checks-in on the flight at a special airline desk located on the first floor. The VIP-lounge representative helps the passenger with all the airport formalities.
The passenger is offered to stay at the VIP-lounge before the boarding announcement (15-20 minutes before the flight).
All expenses made by passengers in the VIP-lounge bar are to be paid by passengers themselves. Payments are accepted in Russian roubles. Credit cards are not accepted. Tea, coffee and soft drinks are included in the services cost.
The VIP-lounge representative informs passengers about the boarding 15-20 minutes prior the departure time and escorts them to the separate bus which takes them to the aircraft.

- Please be informed that some fine art works, articles made of jewel metals, antique etc are forbidden to export or import. If you import or export something from similar subjects, please contact to our company to specify correctness of official registration of papers.
- If transporting animals, please, be aware that in this case time for registration for flight is increased. Also we remind you that there is a list of goods (alcohol, tobacco products, black and red caviar etc) which is strictly limited on one person.
