The Representative of «Senator Company» comes to the airport 30-40 minutes before the scheduled arrival time and waits for the passenger in the VIP-lounge.
The passenger’s driver can waits for the passenger in the VIP-lounge if there is the request for him for extra charge.
After the boarding the announcement the representative of «Senator Company» with the airport representative goes to the airfield for the passenger’s meeting at the aircraft hose. He carries the sign with the passenger’s name or the name of the passenger’s company. The passenger should announce himself (come to the representative). In the presence of the luggage, the passenger gives the baggage-check to the representative of «Senator Company». When all the passengers get together, they go to the VIP-lounge by bus escorted by the airport representative.
It is strictly forbidden to leave the transit zone independently.
Customs and Passport Control employees come to VIP-lounge, so the passengers go through Customs and Passport Control in VIP-lounge.
The passenger waits for the luggage in the VIP-lounge; luggage is delivered to the VIP-lounge.
Bar, different magazines and newspapers, Internet are at the passengers` service.
Bar services in the VIP-lounge are not included in the VIP-service and are paid by the passenger himself.
The delivery of the luggage is not included in the VIP-service.
If it is necessary, the passenger can order the conference room (in advance for extra charge).
After the meeting the representative of «Senator Company» contacts the passenger’s driver.
If there are no any phones, the passenger’s driver should contact the representative of «Senator Company».
If the driver is late for any reasons, he should necessarily inform the representative about it.
