The representative of «Senator Company» arrives to the airport no later than two hours before the flight as the passenger check-in finishes 40-50 minutes before the flight.
The passenger’s driver should contact the representative of «Senator Company» on arrival to the VIP-lounge.
The representative of «Senator Company» carries the passenger out up to the Registration Post.
Our representative will help the passenger to fill in the declaration form and get through the Customs Control. A Customs Control official could ask to examine passenger’s luggage. Then the passenger accompanied by our representative passes the passenger check-in on the flight.
The passenger is offered to stay at the VIP-lounge before the boarding announcement (15-20 minutes before the flight).
Bar, different magazines and newspapers, Internet are at the passengers` service.
Bar services in the VIP-lounge are not included in the VIP-service and are paid by the passenger himself.
The representative of «Senator Company» informs the passenger about the boarding and escorts him to the Passport Control. The passenger is given his passport and boarding pass. After the passing into the Passport Control the airport representative with the passenger goes to the ramp by bus.
