After the boarding announcement a VIP-lounge representative goes to the airfield to meet passengers.
VIP-passengers of Senator Company are met with sign, where passengers` surnames are written. Passengers must be informed about VIP-service, they should announce themselves (come to the representative of VIP-lounge and call their surnames). If passengers have luggage, the representative of VIP-lounge takes their luggage stickers. Then, passengers escorted by the representative go to the VIP-lounge.
It is strictly forbidden to leave the transit zone independly!
Passengers pass into Passport Control when they enter the VIP-lounge. If passengers have cash currency (over 3 000 USD) or something which must be declared, they have to fill in customs declaration.
Passengers can waits for his luggage at VIP-lounge. Passengers are offered different VIP facilities, office equipment and stationary, television set, telefax and telephone (local calls free of charge), personal computer (internet, email), printer, pressroom (up to 20 persons) at their service, and also a wide choice of newspapers and magazines.
Bar services are paid by passengers themselves.
The luggage is delivered to the VIP-lounge and given to passengers personally. The delivery of the luggage to a car is not included in the VIP-lounge services cost.
